Certificates cannot be modified once they are issued, as doing so would undermine their authenticity and integrity. Certificates are only issued to the user account that completed the course. Minor typographical errors in the name may be corrected to accurately reflect the genuine learner. To prevent errors, learners should verify their account details before completing courses.

It is common practice for online training platforms to require a credit or debit card for free trials. This is to prevent misuse and ensure trials are used as intended by genuine learners. Your card will not be charged during the trial period. The trial is meant to give you full access to all course content for evaluation purposes before committing to a paid subscription. If after the trial you decide not to subscribe, your account will be deactivated and your personal data removed from our system. To receive a certificate upon finishing a course, you must: View all videos completely (100% watched) Pass all quizzes with a minimum score of 70% We recommend engaging with any interactive exercises or hands-on practice to reinforce your learning. Some courses also provide course materials you can download for future reference. Once your progress is marked as 100% complete, indicating you've met all requirements, you will be issued a certificate of completion. You can access and collect any certificates you've earned under the "Certificates" tab within the "My Account" section. The certificates will be securely stored there for you to download at your convenience.
